How do I schedule a session?

Scheduling with us is easy! Fill out our form on the book now/contact us page with the details of your session. Our team will then email you all the essential documents to get you on the schedule! 

What is your contact information?

Our email is Outboundphotography@gmail.com. Our Phone number is (208) 994-4640. If we are in a session with other clients or unavailable, please leave us a voicemail, or shoot us a text. Our team will respond to you as quickly as possible whether you call, text, or email us! 

What is your typical turnaround time?

Our typical turnaround time is 3-6 weeks for every type of photography. We get them to you as quickly as possible, but we give ourselves a little extra time to ensure everything looks perfect! 

What if I need to reschedule?

No worries! Please let us know 24 hours before the session, and we'll happily get a new date figured out! 

Do you require a contract?

Yes! We will send over the contract in our first email. We believe in being upfront so you know exactly what is expected. Once you sign our contract and return it to us, you will officially be put into our schedule!

How does payment work?

Once you have chosen a photography session and package, our team will create an invoice for your project. You can pay online, as the invoice will be sent to your email. It is also acceptable if you want to pay cash or check. Just let us know what works best for you! 

Will you travel? 

Absolutely! We love to travel, and nowhere is off-limits. We have a cost breakdown under our Outbound logistics pricing estimates sheet. (Take a look here)

What should I wear?

It's up entirely up to you! We recommend that every client wear something that makes them feel the most comfortable. We recommend you consider the location we'll be shooting at and the vibe you're going for! At the end of the day, we understand fashion is an extension of ourselves. Do you deliver RAW unedited files?

We do not provide RAWs as they are not an accurate representation of our work. Outbound creates images that come to life through our editing process. RAW images are not delivered because they are not completed images. 

Will you fix blemishes or apply any additional retouching?

Yes, we can and will! We'll fix distracting blemishes at our discretion. Still, let us know if you have anything specific you want us to enhance or remove! Some adjustments will take time and require additional editing. We are not magicians and can not totally alter the image.
